Managing Director Nitish Tripathi brings 15 years of dredging and maritime know-how, while Director Ashok Narula applies 35 years of banking expertise to ensure sound governance and robust project finance. Mr. Sanjive Sharma is a seasoned professional armed with electrical engineering degree and MBA. He is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of flawless record of business excellence. Held senior positions such as Director in board, Executive Director, Sr. Vice President or Vertical Head with big MNCs and Blue chip Indian conglomerates such as L&T, Shriram Group, DLF Group, Rolls Royce, Desein Indure Group, and Tractebel (Engie group of France). Mr. Sharma has hands on experience of working in all domains of business such as P&L, BD, Operations, Strategy, M&A, C&P, Risks Management while working with companies with various interests such as manufacturing, consulting, developer, EPC and marketing companies. He is recognized as Corporate Strategy & development specialist. He is a strategic visionary. Had successfully handled Turnaround, M&A of business for high level revenue building and profitability. corporate governance and ethical business management had been his focus. He has an excellent track of Overcoming complex business challenges, high level decision making using experience-backed judgment and irreproachable integrity. Managing Director
Smart, calculative and a quick learner is how Mr. Nitish Tripathi can be described. He has been trained in the minutes of marine life. As a mariner he has sailed too far of destinations to gain experience and learn the details of the shipping and dredging industry. He is an excellent finance controller; his observation on all aspects of the business is unique. He is always well aware of all the happenings at any project. His understanding of the business and cost calculation gives him the one step ahead thinking. He speaks to the point and is very soft spoken. He has been involved in the dredging and civil construction business. He took over as the Managing Director of the company in the year 2013 and has seen to the future growth, expansion and innovation of the business. The company under him has seen many folds of business turnover along with steady commercial activities, participation in tenders and finally qualifying in achieving those projects.

Mr. Ashok Narula is a banker by profession. He holds a graduate degree from Punjab University, India. He joined Union Bank of India in June 1975. During his service he worked in various capacities and retired as Chief Manager in October 2014. He has vast experience and knowledge of finances for over 40 years in service in the banking sector. Mr. Narula has worked Pan India and has exposer working in diversity, during his tenure with the bank he was posted in various states i.e. in Haryana, Punjab, U.P., Mumbai and New Delhi. He joined the management team of Northernexpress Infradevelopers Private Limited as a director in November 2015. The company was lucky to have him on board with such huge experience and capabilities. His long banking and financial experience and insight of finances are extremely helpful in the company’s day to day operations, management and control of finances.
Executive Director (Planning & Execution)
Mr NSR Prasad a civil engineer with MBA(Marketing) retired from a public sector undertaking in senior management level officer after serving for 40 years. Possessing rich experience in execution and monitoring capitaldredging, Maintenance dredging, and land reclamation dredging projects at major port, minor ports, Rivers and canals with in India and outside India. Well conversant with Tendering, contracts, project management, implementation of Environment, social, health and safety (ESHS) aspects at projects. Trained in Dredging and Contracting in The Netherlands and participated in world Dredging congress at Arlando (Florida) USA on Global Dredging and having good exposure in dredging activities and on latest technology.

Cdr. C.S. Singh(Retd.), aformerCommander in the Indian Navy,is adistinguished marine engineer with over 30 yearsof navalservice and 16 years in the merchant shipping industry. He holds degrees in Marine Engineering, along with an MEO Class II Certificate of Competency (COC). His expertise spans vessel maintenance, machinery operations, surveys, certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance. With proven leadership in managing largescale technical operations and dry-docking, he brings unmatched technical depth and operational excellence to the organization.
